    Get PDF
Liver is essential to the body's digestion of sugar and fats, absorption, and immunological system. This substance is present in almost everything a man takes in, breathes, or absorbs through his skin. Liver disorders are a significant health burden. It is increasing daily and is difficult to detect in its early stages since the liver may function normally even when partially damaged. Doctors have widely employed machine learning algorithms to diagnose liver illness in order to increase the efficiency of medical diagnosis. The study's primary aim is to evaluate how machine learning algorithms may be used to prevent postponing medical care, accurately diagnose liver illness, and minimize the number of erroneous diagnoses provided to sick patients. The main objective is to ensure that liver patients receive an accurate diagnosis as soon as possible

Developing countries need infrastructure for development thereby increasing the demand for concrete. The production of raw materials, manufacturing of concrete, and transportation process emit a large amount of greenhouse gases and particulate matters in the atmosphere which has increased energy consumption as well as global warming potential (GWP), acidification potential (AP), and eutrophication potential (EP) impact. In the present study, a comparative Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is performed on five types of concrete mix and two fuels like coal and agricultural waste. The controlled mixed concrete CM-O was prepared by 100% OPC and the other four types of agricultural waste concrete were prepared by partial replacement of cement with agricultural waste ash in one cubic meter concrete. Optimum replacement level of cement was obtained based on 28 days compressive strength of concrete. LCA was evaluated by using CML methodologies on Microsoft excel for Cradle - to - gate boundary system. Similarly, environmental load due to the burning of coal and agricultural waste was evaluated. The results indicated that agricultural waste concrete has the potential to decrease the environmental load of the manufacturing of concrete. The environmental load is 1701.985 kwh, 501.051kg, 4.327kg and 466.091g for energy consumption, GWP, AP, and EP respectively for one cubic meter of controlled mix concrete. The results indicated that Rice husk ash at a replacement level of 12.5% of cement has 4.3%, 10%, 7.1%, and 3.7% lesser environmental impact for energy, GWP, AP, and EP respectively when compared with controlled mixed concrete. Further, the use of agricultural waste as fuel emits very less amounts of greenhouse gases mainly CO2, SO2, and NOx, and has an overall less impact on environmental compared to coal. This study would encourage the industrialists to make decisions about the use of agricultural waste as supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) and fuel

    Get PDF
This paper presents the most common inverter topologies and its design, analysis and development schemes. The main objective is to design and compare the three topologies of multilevel inverter for industries. These three topologies are mostly effectively and efficiently for quality improvement of the output voltage waveform of inverter. Photovoltaic (PV) and wind power generation (WPG) i.e. the renewable energy systems are playing a vital role in energy production. But, solar photovoltaic power (PV) has the prospective to develop one of the foremost suppliers to the future electricity supply. Therefore, Low voltage solar PV systems need a high voltage expansion converter for units of grid connection with multilevel inverter. The multilevel inverter topologies are being used in applications of medium and high power such as an active power filter, FACTS devices and a machine current due to their various merits in terms of power supplies low power dissipation, low harmonic distortion in voltage output waveform. Therefore, the simulation of multilevel inverter topologies is done and finalized that cascade multilevel inverter topology is more suitable as compared to other two by using MATLAB/SIMULINK

A Novel Approach of Controlling the Solar PV Integrated Hybrid Multilevel Inverter

The part of renewable energy systems like solar photovoltaic (PV) and wind power generation (WPG) is playing an energetic role in energy production. The power electronics technology growths have directed to the progresses in the solar power generation and solar PV sources have the potential to progress one of the key providers to the upcoming electricity. Lower voltage rating of solar PV systems requires a high voltage progress converter for parts grid associating with a DC-AC inverter. The solar energy acquired from the solar panel varies with times and solar irradiation. The boost DC/DC converter is used to sustain the constant output voltage achieved from the solar panel using MPPT algorithm and is operated according to the requirement. A 1-Ф cascade 13-level inverter is used to produce 13-level output voltage from the DC supply voltage achieved from PV panels. It offers better-quality sinusoidal output voltage and current waveforms and lower total harmonic distortion. In this paper, the proposed model is designed and the results are verified through simulation using MATLAB/SIMULINK tool

3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) has come up with a technology called Long Term Evolution (LTE) to attain a new high-speed radio access in the field of mobile communications. Design of wireless communication system has been an important and challenging problem due to the nature of wireless channel. There are number of factors involved in the performance of a LTE system. Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) and Single Carrier Frequency Division (SC-FDMA) are a dominant part of future mobile communication. This paper describes about LTE physical layer, OFDMA and SC-FDMA receiver and transmitter structures, draw attention on the factor that influences the performance and improvement of multiple access techniques. The substantial use of the adaptive modulation in LTE is the main highlight of the paper. The selection of modulation techniques on the basis of BER, Error probability and SNR are computed

Fascioliasis Control: In Vivo and In Vitro Phytotherapy of Vector Snail to Kill Fasciola Larva

    Get PDF
Snail is one of the important components of an aquatic ecosystem, it acts as intermediate host of Fasciola species. Control of snail population below a certain threshold level is one of the important methods in the campaign to reduce the incidence of fascioliasis. Life cycle of the parasite can be interrupted by killing the snail or Fasciola larva redia and cercaria in the snail body. In vivo and in vitro toxicity of the plant products and their active component such as citral, ferulic acid, umbelliferone, azadirachtin, and allicin against larva of Fasciola in infected snail Lymnaea acuminata were tested. Mortality of larvae were observed at 2 h, 4 h, 6 h, and 8 h, of treatment. In in vivo treatment, azadirachtin caused highest mortality in redia and cercaria larva (8 h, LC50 0.11, and 0.05 mg/L) whereas in in vitro condition allicin was highly toxic against redia and cercaria (8 h, LC50 0.01, and 0.009 mg/L). Toxicity of citral was lowest against redia and cercaria larva
